WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?!

Our items ship from the U.S. Orders generally ship within 10-14 business days. However, processing time varies by product. After processing orders typically arrive 3-7 business days after being shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it could delay your order shipment.

Please be aware that we have no more information than what is available online through USPS, UPS, FedEX, Ascendia etc. So please track your order via the shipping link sent via email

The Mad Mugs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered shipping days

NON REFUNDABLE

Please note that orders are NON REFUNDABLE if your order was unable to be delivered due to "Wrong Address" that was entered on order, " No Recipient at Time of Delivery" or if the order was scanned as "Delivered". If your order has been marked as "Delivered" you must contact your local post office and if need make a claim on the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders lost in transit will be replaced. Refunds are not available on lost packages

 

INTERNATIONAL:  Shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. You are responsible for all duties and brokerage fees. If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
